What is WebsiteShortlist?

WebsiteShortlist is an independent comparison site devoted to website builders. Its purpose is to get you to a sound decision quickly: builders are set side by side on price, quality and everyday usefulness, and each entry links straight through to the builder's own website.

How we work

• A builder earns its place on quality and usefulness, never on the size of its commission.
• Prices and features are verified on the builders' own pages and refreshed regularly; what you end up paying often depends on the plan, the contract length and the add-ons you choose.
• Ratings are editorial and weigh ease of use, what the builder can do, the free plan and the price.
• The guidance here is general by nature: it is there to point you the right way, not to make the decision for you.

Independence and funding

Using WebsiteShortlist costs nothing. Part of the links on the site are affiliate links: sign up with a builder through one of them and a small commission may come our way. Who is behind it?

WebsiteShortlist belongs to the Shortlist family of comparison sites, run by Orai Media, a Dutch publisher of independent comparison and advice sites. The site is a work in progress by design: fresher figures and sharper comparisons are added on a continuing basis.
