About Carrd
Carrd, famously built and run by one developer, does exactly one thing. Single-page sites, done beautifully. The editor is spare and fast, the templates are tasteful, the published pages are featherweight, and the Pro Standard tier costs $19 per year (not per month) including custom domains and forms. Free covers three sites on carrd.co subdomains. The boundary is the point. There is no second page, no blog, no store beyond simple embeds. For landing pages, personal cards, project waitlists, and link-in-bio pages that look better than Linktree, it is the strongest recommendation on this entire site relative to its price.
Can you take your site with you?
Carrd lets you download the unminified HTML, CSS and JS of any site on a Pro Plus plan or higher; forms stop working and the download cannot be uploaded back. Read from Carrd’s own help pages on September 2026. See the export and lock-in table for all 21 builders.
