Webflow occupies the seat between builders and code. You get a visual editor that maps honestly onto HTML and CSS concepts (box model, flexbox, grid), a CMS that handles real content structures, and hosting tuned for production sites. Site plans start with Basic for simple static sites, and the CMS comes with the Premium plan. Agencies and marketing teams love it for the handoff story.
Designers build production sites without developers, and the Editor mode lets clients update content without breaking things.
